I got these questions wrong http://tinypic.com/r/1pe68o/3 and I'm wondering do the people who need to make a left has the right of way always? I chose A on the first one since A would need to make a right turn hence "right of way" but apparently I was wrong and I thought the same for the other question so do people who need to make a left have the right of way?

It doesn't have a thing to do with left turns, nor does the question indicate anyone is turning. It's a question about right of way rules, which you should have learned in drivers ed.

When cars arrive at different times, first in, first out.

When they arrive at the same time, the car to YOUR right has the right of way.

you have the wrong definition for right of way.

It's basically, first come first serve.

Who ever was there first, gets to go first!

ALWAYS REMEMBER.

PEOPLE ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE HAVE THE RIGHT AWAY!

Except when there is a bicycle

(they threw that in there to trick you)

If two cars come at the same time,

the one on the right goes first

The word "right" in the phrase "right of way" refers to having the right to go, similar to its meaning in the phrase "right to vote". This has nothing to do with its directional meaning in the phrase "right hand" or "turn right".

Other than emergency vehicles (fire engines, etc.), vehicles turning left do not have the right of way.

"Right of Way" has nothing to do with which way a car is turning. It is a phrase used to describe whose turn it is to go through the intersection no matter which way they plan to turn.
