I'm looking to see if anyone has an alternative to storing placards in the Office besides keeping them in filing cabinet drawers and what not... Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Most places I've picked up Haz Mat at keep them in the box they came in close to where you sign the B.O.L.

The idea is to have them posted if those materials are on-premise. All employees should know where this stuff is. They should also all be required to read the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) that come with hazardous materials. Finally, the local fire department wants to know what you have and get a heads up if they ever come to your location for any medical or fire emergency.
Keep a copied set of placards and extra copies of MSDS documents in the file for record purposes.
