What are the best windshield wiper blades I can buy?

I have a 2002 Toyota 4Runner. The stock wiper blades are crap in the winter time. I replaced them with PIAA wiper blades, and those aren't good in the winter either.
When the wiper blades get cold or get some snow on ice on them, they don't make even contact on the windshield. So, as the wiper tries to clean the water, snow or dirt off the windshield, it leaves big spots where the blade is obviously not making contact with the glass.
Should I upgrade to "winter blades" to avoid this, and, if so, which brand?

MotoMaster reflex are great in both winter and summer. They don't have the normal hinges so unless you have a tonne of ice on them they won't lose contact
